Pregnancy and lifting other child

I’m 9 weeks pregnant and I have a two year old boy who is huge for his age. He’s 39.5 inches tall and weighs 44.6 pounds. I’m his go to person for everything and he always wants me to pick him up and of course I always do. My question is, is it okay to be lifting him up while I’m pregnant? Idk how I would even not lift him.
