Has anyone used church hill mortgage and had a positive experience?

We started working with then when a family member suggested but we’ve just had a bad experience, I’m wondering if it’s the company as a whole or just the particular people we are dealing with.

Unfortunately it doesn't matter too much who you choose for a mortgage company. My mortgage was sold to 2 different companies in our first year. They all continued everything the same as the original mortgage company so it was no difference at all and didn't even matter. Obviously you want to lock in your rate either way but in the grand scheme it made no difference what company we chose.
