Period post miscarriage

I had a mc 7 weeks ago & still have not had my period. I have been spotting sporadically for about 2 weeks, today being the day I’ve seen the most blood (see pic). Does this mean Im close to finally getting my period? I have been taking ovulation tests but have not gotten a positive yet, though I must admit I stopped testing for a few days bc I was so angry at my body for not getting back on track (and for mc’ing my twins 😔). Could I FINALLY be close to getting my period?
