HCG levels 14,000 at 4 weeks!?!?

Question

Currently sitting in the ER waiting for an ultrasound but I was told my HCG is 14,000 at 4w5d has anyone else had this? I was reading on molar pregnancies and now I’m scared about that. 
Anyone have high levels like this??

So I had an ultrasound, it said my gestational sac is slightly irregular. was able to see the yolk sac as well, but by ultrasound it was measuring 5w5d. My doctor however said I’m measuring on time based on my last period, but based on my last period I’m 4w5d. So that makes no sense to me. And he also said that an irregular sac is normal this early because it’s still forming. Has anyone else had this?! I’m so confused.

I had a complete molar pregnancy in February of this year.  My hcg was within normal range until 8 weeks when it shot up to 138 000.  I had spotting/bleeding and intense pregnancy symptoms like extreme fatigue, extreme nausea.  Occasional mild cramping.  There are usually no obvious signs of a molar pregnancy until you have an Ultrasound.  
High levels of hcg can also be an indication of multiples and there is a wide range of normal limits for each person.  Ectopic pregnancies typically have slow rising hcg and pain unilaterally and sometimes shoulder pain.  The pain usually doesn’t start until later in the first trimester when the baby is large enough to distort/damage the anatomy it implanted in. Aside from the pain you are having your hcg levels would indicate that this is not an ectopic.
