Sciatic pain

Hannah

I have had random short-lived moments of sciatic pain since about 10ish weeks. I’m currently 19 weeks and for the last two days, I’ve been limping. I get a sharp, sudden, stabbing/shooting pain in my left hip joint every other time I start walking. I never know when it’s going to hit me. Sometimes it stops at my hip, sometimes it travels up to my back, and sometimes it goes down to my knee. Regardless, I’m rendered motionless for a moment until I decide that I can bear to walk to the closest chair. It’s affecting me at work now. I need advice on relief asap 😕

I highly suggest seeing a chiropractor to make sure everything is properly aligned. I have had a lot of sciatica pain this pregnancy and the chiropractor has helped a lot.

Omg girl. 18 weeks and it started 2 days ago. Can’t walk, so much pain. I bought icy hot patches today and honestly it helps a LOT. Doesn’t take it fully away, but about 75%
