Ciproflaxcin for UTI

Has anyone taken Cipro for UTI while pregnant, particularly in the first trimester? Everything turn out okay? I’m allergic to penicillins and Keflex so I’m limited as to what I can take and the doctor prescribed me Cipro, he said I can’t take Nitrofuratoin or Clindamycin until second trimester. I’ve taken Cipro before just not while pregnant so kind of worried after reading the about pregnancy risks online.
