she’s had it on her legs for about 2/3 months but this past month it started showing up on her face & arms. she doesn’t try to scratch them , i thought it was dry skin or a type of eczema at first but it doesn’t look like eczema to me. I’ve tried a bunch of different creams and lotions and they don’t help. It doesn’t seem painful to her at all but it’s concerning to me. It feels like small pimple like bumps , they are really rough to the touch and they are always red. Any ideas?
