So I am 5w6d and last night (this morning) I woke up around 4am to go to the bathroom like my usual thing. I'm sitting on the toilet, peeing and I start getting really hot, dizzy and nauseous. I'm thinking okay well I'll throw up as soon as I finish because I really had to pee. But it gets worse and worse. I finish my business and stand up to go to the bathroom counter to steady myself and I fall on the bathroom floor. I was laying there in a cold sweat and after I second I knew I had to get up and get in bed. So I stumble to the bed and get my phone and call my husband. He is actually out of town until tomorrow. I'm laying in bed with a cold sweat. Once I stopped sweating I was shivering but I wasn't dizzy anymore. I got up really slowly and went to the kitchen to get a ginger ale and some water. I was okay and I've been okay since just shaky because I really really scared. I've never had a problem with high or low blood pressure or high or low blood sugar. I've never been diabetic or even close to it.

My husband thinks it's a combination of nerves, anxious and scared for the baby in general and with him not being here I'm naturally more scared even without being pregnant. I also haven't been sleeping well since he's been gone. And he thinks that I may just have gotten up from bed too fast.

I'm a little nervous and scared it will happen again tonight without him here. And I'm scared that something may be wrong with me and/or the baby. I bought a BP monitor to keep with me just in case it happens again.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or was this just a fluke?
