Miscarriage?

I’m about 5 weeks along and I started bleeding like a light period and I went to the hospital but they basically just told me to go home and wait cause it’s 50/50 and I feel like with the way they’re talking it’s 100% a miscarriage untold. I’m cramping and the cramping is getting a little stronger now and so is the bleeding but there’s pauses when it comes to an almost stop and comes back…

Would you say it’s a miscarriage or is there a chance that this bean will stick 🥺😖
