Gestational diabetes

Ladies I need help here so I went to see this lady that would tel me what to eat right… Like we know American diet and I had to get some blood work cause my last pregnancy I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes so need it to get labs and they check all kinds of stuff as well as my A1C which it was a good level 5.4 but the gestational one was high 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m sooooo so confused why? My sugar levels in the morning at 92/95/93 so I think there good right? So is it possible that it was high if I eat late night a day before ? I think it shouldn’t affect it if my body was working right.. Anyways going to get the 3 hour test tomorrow hope I pass them if not I’m already doing the gestational diabetes diet anyways.. Which is keto just adding a lil carbs. Any suggestions I will appreciate thanks❤️
