When do you start counting DPO??

Like I got my positive ovulation test today, so would tomorrow be 1 DPO?? Or would I wait for 48 hours before I count. Idk🤦‍♀️

Tbh it hard to tell on opks only since it doesn’t confirm ovulation or dpo. I say after 48hrs its 1dpo just to be sure.

I would go 48 hours, you ovulate 12-36 hours you peak then it’s the day after you ovulate it’s hard only going off opks as they don’t actually show you that you ovulate

You will ovulate around 24 hours after a positive OPK, meaning tomorrow. 1 DPO (days PAST ovulation) would be the day after tomorrow. That‘s how I count, but it‘s only an average and not 100% accurate!

See if you get any cramps on one side of your tummy tomorrow, if you do it’s more than likely ovulation so would count DPO 1 as the day after (Friday). If you get those cramps today, tomorrow would be 1 DPO
