Literally since the night before she turned two our girl has protested bedtime. She used to go down fine in her crib, I’d lay her down awake, and she would go on to sleep. She often wakes in the middle of the night and when she does, we put her in the bed with us. Now she seems to want to start out in our bed. She also has “regressed” to needing one of us with her as she falls asleep. Is anyone else dealing with this? How are you adjusting? I’m contemplating turning her crib into a toddler bed and just putting it beside our bed to see if that helps. We love snuggling her at night-but i don’t want her to lose her ability to fall asleep comfortably alone. I guess I just want to see how it’s going for everyone.
