Brown spotting

I found out I was pregnant 4 days ago. And had been having brown discharge ever since til today. Went for a scan, baby looks fine. But is it normal to have brown discharge for 5 days?? This is my second pregnancy. I didn’t encounter this when I had my firstborn.
