No. HCG is not an indicator. My HCG exactly at 5 weeks was a bit over 26,000 and I had one. Only an ultrasound will show how many.

Mine was over 300,000 and i only have 1. Hcg is not an indicator or multiples. My HG being so bad does make sense now because my HCG is so high

I don’t think that’s extremely high at all. That’s weird. At 4w 5d my hcg was 3663, so would have been at that level within the week. I am having one baby. That looks normal.
