5 weeks brown spotting

Im 5 weeks today and started seeing brown colored blood or spotting since morning, not active but my undies look like this.. sorry for tmi, I don’t know whom to ask and my obgyn won’t see me until 8 weeks. Please let me know what this is, any advices?

I’m too much freaking out right now 🙁🙁🙁🙁
