Ovulation Help - Timing with sperm donor

Hi everyone, I had surgery a month ago to get a clean out of my endometriosis. The doctor said I'll have a greater chance of falling pregnant within 3 months after surgery due to being cleaned out. I have no idea what CD I am. Prior to surgery, I could never get a dye stealer on a ovulation test. We're in a same sex relationship, and our donor can't help til tomorrow (roughly 16 hours away). Will this be too late for a donation? We will only be getting the one donation but not sure if timing is going to be too late. Thanks girls.

Is this a positive ovulation test? Would I be ovulating right now meaning a donation tomorrow will be pointless?
