Hi everyone!

I’m about to start work that offers only 2 PTO days and not so many vacay days lol. We have to put our 3yr old in daycare and if she gets sick/fever, we have to keep her home for probably 7 days.

I’m thinking she’s going to get sick once a month and I’m not going to have enough vacay days to take care of her. We do not have family and friends to help.

What do you guys do to keep as much vacay/PTO hours as possible when your kids get sick from daycare? I also feel like I need SOME vacay hrs to myself too…😭

Edit: I’m a first time mom and have literally zero idea how this works so advice would be great!
