Um yea help please

Hi. So I’ve been not ok lately. I had intercourse and after the guy left I went to go fix his hiding of the condom. He’s terrible at hiding things and I noticed at tear in the condom. I don’t if it have before or after sex. But my guess most likely during because I could feel the semen. I’ve been having symptoms lately and I’m so confused on what I should do. I can’t tell him he’s taken me off Snapchat and he’s also a Marine who’s currently at boot camp. Like I’ve been peeing like crazy, my boobs feel heavier and they’re fitting in my bathing suits better, most of those are hand me downs, and I’m starting to feel sick with certain smells and food. I’m starting to think maybe. What should I do? Please help me out here.
