hi, im 15 and i have a boyfriend that i regularly have sex with.

for the past 3-4 weeks or so i've been having some extreme pain along with other symptoms. late july i was hungry all the time and had excruciating headaches all of the time along with some very very bad cramping that went to my lower back. almost felt like an ovarian cyst but way way worse. some mornings i would feel ill but i wouldn't vomit or anything. i also lost my sex drive, my boyfriend and i went from having sex multiple times a week to barley any. this went on for awhile but i thought nothing of it, i have lupus and my body does weird things. this last week things started to get weird. i had zero appetite whatsoever, i was exhausted and felt so weak. the days that i was feeling less tired i got my sex drive back. i was going to bed hours earlier then i usually did and took naps during the day.

yesterday i noticed that i had started my period, or so i thought. i use a menstraual cup, i prefer it over any other product. i have never experienced anything out of my ordinary with my blood or even using the cup. when i took it out some hours later i noticed my blood looked really strange, it was thick, brown, and grainy. like coffee grounds (picture shown). i freaked out and called my mom. she's had a miscarriage before and she told me there's a possibility i could be having one. i cried a lot. i didn't even know i could've been pregnant, it wasn't something that crossed my mind. i called my OBGYN and today i got a blood draw to determine pregnancy hormones. they'll call me on monday.

my problem is, an hour ago when i used the bathroom i felt something come out of me (picture shown). the more i looked at it the more i freaked out so i called my mom again. she said it looked like cells. that my body was shedding the cells. i'm in so much pain, im cramping so bad and they go to my lower back again.

i was wondering if anybody knew if this is a miscarriage. or if i need to get emergent medical attention. things are hurting really bad and it feels endless. please help me.

UPDATE

it's the next day and i'm having some really heavy bleeding, i only saw one blood clot but i saw a bunch of other tiny pieces of something. my blood has never ever looked like this before and i'm terrified. i always have a decent amount of clots and healthy looking blood but now it's extremely heavy and dark dark red it almost looks black. on top of whatever is in it.
