Is this brown discharge spotting - I’m maybe 4 weeks from conception

Hi all,

I may be about 4 weeks from conception. It’s not clear because I’m still breastfeeding and periods have been irregular, had 2 (April and May) and I’m 10 months postpartum. Anyway is this brown discharge spotting ? Is it concerning ? It’s been this quantity on and off for about 3 days now. I’ve had dull ache that’s like a pulling feeling in my tummy for about 24 hours now too. Thanks in advance.
