Anyone else get headaches a lot this trimester?

Idk if it's just weather. I'm prone to migraines, but it seems like this week I've been getting a lot of headaches!

I had them like 2-3 times a week at 15-18 weeks and they were really bad but would thankfully only last a day or two. Id usually take 2 regular strength tylenol (I think that’s like 500mg) and it didn’t always help on its own but Tylenol and caffeine like a small cup of coffee or a coke usually knocked it out. Now it’s maybe once every other week. I’m 22+ 3 weeks. If I get them now I usually can pinpoint it on definitely not having enough water that day lol

I had second trimester migraines with my first child. I'm 14+5 with my fourth and am getting them with this one too. Really blows.
