Clothing tips!
Hey ladies I am 12 weeks PP! I just started working out again two weeks ago. I have been wearing a regular bra and a sports bra to strap in the girls 🤣. Please help I need a good binder suggestion and sports bra suggestion to work out in. I am currently running 5 days a week and doing post c-section core strengthening and breathing exercises three days a week. Not really expecting weight loss as a result of this since I am breastfeeding and need to keep my calorie intake up just want to feel strong again that c-section was the worst thing I’ve ever been through.
