Pumping ??

Question

My baby is 11 weeks old and I’ve been exclusively bf and would like to start pumping a couple times a day to atleast have a bottle or 2 in the fridge/freezer Incase I need to run a errand or something…when’s the best time to pump around her nursing???

Congratulations on your baby!
I pump and breastfeed, every day, every 2 hours. I pump at 6am, breastfeed at 7am, pump at 8am, breastfeed at 9am and so on....my last pump of the day is at 12am and my last breastfeed is at 11pm. Feedings after 11pm are done by their Dad and it is a bottle feedings. And I do not pump from 12am to 6am but as soon as I wake up at 6am, I have tons of milk to pump (usually end up using all of my breastpumps). 
Everyone is different. Pumping and feeding are full time jobs, in itself. I pump to have a large stash being that I use breastmilk to bottle feed, to make breastmilk teething popsicles, for children's baths and to cook certain meals for my toddlers/babies, such as cream of wheat, pancakes, smoothies, mac n cheese, etc. Being that I am choosing to use the milk for so many different uses, it is important for me to maintain a strict pumping schedule so I can keep my supply of breastmilk up and stocked.
