You body needs a break. Give yourself time to replenish the vitamins, minerals, and other essential stores. 6-12 months In the grand scheme of life isn’t much time but it will make a world of difference for your body growing and delivering another baby.

nope but i’ve already taken a pregnancy test bc i haven’t gotten my period thanks to breastfeeding but i’m paranoid that i’m gonna get pregnant and not know since im not getting it! Lol!
