Yeast infection

Hi ladies.

After my first time having sex i noticed my disharge changing to a more thick texture with itching. I have used the cream and even the pill to clear it up but it didn't seem to work. Do you think my boyfriend and I might be passing it back and forth. Is there a natural way I can fix my ph as well as the infection.
