Ovulation strips?

Does everyone use them ovulation strips? I didn't go to the docs to prepare for pregnancy. Just having unprotected and hoping for the best! Thoughts? Advice?

We got pregnant on our first cycle of using an OPK.

I used them to just better understand my cycle. I went on the pill shortly after I got my period as a teen and was on it for over 10 years... I had no idea what my body's normal cycle was like and what symptoms and changes I would have. Opks were great for me to understand what changes coincided with ovulation... which made tcc easier for us. I got a cheap mega pack off amazon lol.
