Help me with my hair please lol

Question

So I am like the whitest of white but I have really curly hair and there are some days where it gets super frizzy and dry and all around gets super fluffy and it looks damaged but not in a good way so I was wondering if anyone had recommendations on how to help with it? I’ve tried mousses and other shampoos and conditioners but nothing seems to work. 😕

SOOOO I can’t find the actual product as a recommendation so here’s a photo so I have frizzy wavy/ curly hair and have this, as well as the other product mentioned in my shower lol. I have both and switch on and off and it helps with the frizz and dryness. Definitely recommend both. I Try and wash my hair once or twice a week and then when I shower just throw it in a bun to not get wet, or just condition with these products. It helps a lot.

Anything from bumble is incredible and worth it. You can also try one of their has masques as well such as the overnight one.

This line is a life saver. It takes a minute to get your own ratios down but once you do, you will never have frizz again. 
They also have great tutorials on ways to style different curls. 
I recommend sleeping with a satin pillow case or "pineapple" your hair at night. Use a co wash on the in between days of washing...you really shouldn't need to wash your hair more than once or twice a week. 
Only comb your hair when it's wet. Never when it's dry. 
I have lots of other tips too! My hair was beautifully curly and after I had covid my hair fell out and turned straight 😭
