Separated and close to giving birth

I want to separate from my husband. Ive posted my story many times. I am getting my apartment this week but wont move in until 1st week of august. Im due mid August. I wanted to be in my own apartment furnished by the time baby comes even thou i can stay with my mother for as long as i want. My husband is also here and my mom will be telling him he needs to leave soon. I was wondering anyone who has been through similar situation of separating right before baby, how did you deal with the father?! Who wants to see the baby. I plan to have a c section and i dont want him in the room with me. But once we leave do i let him see the baby during the day and go? I dont want him taking a new born and i know he wont want to. Just thinking of ways to still be fair during this crazy time.
