Menstrual depression
Girls, I really wonder how y'all cope with those anger,sucidal thoughts, depression caused by period.Because I just can't do it.
I'm sick of having my period bc of it.I already talked with my therapist about it but she didn't give me any solutions so I'm asking y'all, please help :(
