False labor/prodromal labor

think I’m just having prodromal labor. And I’m sick of it. It doesn’t go anywhere. Just a couple hours of contractions, back pain, and rectum pain and then it goes away like nothing happened. Started on Sunday (today is Wednesday). Sometimes the contractions are even an hour apart but are so intense that I can’t walk or talk and they start in my back. Haven’t lost my plug, water hasn’t broke.

I see my doc on Friday and I honestly don’t even wanna call or go to triage. They have been very dismissive and quick to send you home lately and I’m just sick of that as well. They minimize all of my concerns. To make a long story short.
