Possible yeast infection

I was in the kiddie pool with my one year old but I wasn’t like fully in the pool and my pants and underwear got wet a little. I stayed in the wet underwear until I went back inside and changed it. Now my discharge is thick creamy and chunky. Could it be the underwear I was wearing 😕 I always wear cheekster underwear from PINK .
