Chemical/miscarriage right?!

I won’t be able to see my doctor until august 4th so they won’t be able to confirm anything. Sunday night/Monday morning I took a lot of Benadryl so idk if that will affect the results a of a pregnancy test. Monday I was 2 days late so I tested and had faint positives (but very noticeable) tests. Tuesday the tests were lighter so I went to the ER and they said I was negative (urine tests only). Then I started bleeding. Todays the second day of bleeding. This was definitely a chemical/miscarriage right? I know I’ve posted this before, but this is my first loss and I just can’t stop thinking about it. I apologize ❤️
