Help !? Pimples ?

All of a sudden I just got these pimple like things near my vaginal area? Any idea what from ? Could be from a pad and or heat ? Please help ! How do I get rid of them asap !?!?

Looks like a rash from something. You said it could be from a pad, I would discontinue using that kind or any other new lotion or if it was a new clothing to wash it, or detergent. I would wash the area gently with a very mild soap and water just to get whatever irritant may br lrft on the skin. Pat dry and get some hydrocortizone cream around the area. If the issue is in the vaginal area (up in the bits & pieces), don't put the cream in there. That area will heal itself naturally.
