My ex and I just split a couple months ago. Someone told me that I should wait a few months before Dating someone else because of court?

I would wait personally because it’s a big transition in your life and navigating dating someone new with kids can be tricky. But it’s totally up to you
But absolutely don’t have any men sleep over if you decide to date. And I wouldn’t suggest having different men over at your place, especially if your kids are old enough to understand. That could look really reckless on your part.

If you do date someone, just keep your child out of it eg dont introduce him to your child for quite awhile, and dont party a lot. If say you leave your child home with your mom and go out to dinner and a movie, thats fine.
