Periods ..do u have heavy bleeding?

Uhh ladys im bleeding threw my underwear lol my bf is lauphing at me "sadly"hahah im wearing a tampon and a pad now bkus a pad wont work smh any advice to decreasing the blood situation is it health or health advice like diet etc advice?

No you dont need to go to the dr lol its a period it wont make you anemic lool. I always use a pad and tampons for  the first couple of days of my period. Then they get lighter and I just use a pad. I haven't heard about anything that can make them lighter

I would go to the doctor because that could cause you to become anemic. I'm going through the same thing.

Not sure if you still needed advice on this, but I had that problem a few months back. The issue was my iron was too low. I was bleeding really heavily and my periods were lasting longer than normal. I started eating more iron rich foods and taking iron supplements; now I no longer have that problem.
