Toddler vs Vacuum?!

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem

Every time I run the vacuum my 14 month old has a conniption, Like screaming, hysterically crying, holding her breath screaming and I for the life of me cannot figure out why (unless it’s hurting her ears, in which case should I bring this up to her doctor?)

I feel bad for having to vacuum while she’s awake and putting her through that, but we have a dog so the abundance of dog hair and the fact she likes to stick everything in her mouth does not make it any easier. but I can’t vacuum while she’s sleeping cause it will wake her up. I’m at a loss… I already limit the amount of times I vacuum in a week to try to save the hysterical crying. Help!!
