Sleep aids??

Is there any safe sleep aids to take in the first trimester?? My insomnia is so bad I swear I haven’t slept in weeks 😵‍💫😵‍💫

I am drinking a cup of warm milk and cinnamon before bed, it has really helped.

I got prescribed unisom for nausea and insomnia I took it last night for the first time and I slept like a rock. I had a hard time waking up this morning. But also woke up without morning sickness.
