Common used herbs that should be avoided during pregnancy are basil (uterine stimulant), rosemary (bioactive), lemongrass (bioactive), cinnamon (bioactive), goldenseal (uterine stimulant), hops (uterine stimulant), licorice (bioactive). For culinary herbs we are talking large amounts of them. A couple of leaves of basil on your pizza should be ok. Eating a plate of pesto pasta should be avoided. 
Any emmenagogue, laxative, uterine stimulants, bioactive herbs and herbs containing Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids. I could give you the entire list, it’s huge, but a lot of them are not commonly used, mostly medicinally.

Herbs to avoid during pregnancy include:
Uterine stimulants like aloe, barberry, black cohosh, blue cohosh, dong quai, feverfew, goldenseal, juniper, wild yam and motherwort 
Herbs that might potentially harm your baby, such as autumn crocus, mugwort (safe for moxibustion but not for ingestion), pokeroot and sassafras
Herbs that have other toxic effects, such as comfrey and mistletoe
Again, always consult with your health care provider before taking any herbal remedy and check whether it’s safe for you and your baby.
