On Monday i got 3 faint positives

at 5 i took a digital and it was negative and another dollar test and it was negative as well. I then got blood work drawn the next morning and the blood drawl was negative. I’m currently 4 days late no cramps feeling or anything like that or even spotting i just decided to take another one because i was sad and low and behold it was positive the day after my blood was negative has anyone ever had this and if so how did it turn out ?

*the first 3 are the test i took 2 nights ago before i got a negative blood test. The last picture is the test i did this evening a day after getting a negative blood test*
