Bed bug bites?

My bf and I went to a hotel like 3 days ago and we laid in bed and then I got up and was so itchy. I looked at my leg and I saw a bunch of small red bumps but my bf didn’t get any bumps. He was fine but I got the bumps. I got home took my clothes off and washed them and showered. Are these bed bugs? And why was I the only one to get them? 😭 how do I heal them faster? I have noticed them getting smaller but they itch like hell. I also got some on the side of my thigh like three in a row. Any remedies are welcome, I’ve been putting hydrocortisone on them.

I would say bed bugs. I’ve had bed bug bites before 😒 They bite in groups of 3. Also, your bf may have been bitten but just didn’t have a reaction to it. My husband didn’t break out in bites but I did.

Calomine lotion is always a great way to go. Did you sleep in the bed or just lay down for a bit? Bed bugs don't normally move around much until you're asleep and lights are out. So just lying down for a bit shouldnt give you bites like that.. If it is bed bugs, the infestation must be bad at the hotel and I would seal anything that you can't wash in high heat or sterilize in a black trash bag and leave it in the garage if you have one. 
Otherwise I'm with the person who mentioned it may be chiggers or mosquito bites, specially if you had been walking near any tall foliage.

Might be chiggers bites. Chigger bites can take 24 hours to appear. They will itch like crazy. Did you walk thru tall grass/weeds in a hot Most insect bites I rub peppermint oil on (ant, mosquito, chiggers, etc). If they get unbearable and cut sleep, consider taking an antihistamine.

If there is a clear juicy little blister pustule in the center of these bites than that is some form of itch mite bite, likely from chigger larvae. You know those little red bugs you see on concrete? Their babies need one feeding of blood as nymphs in order to develop into adults. You can't see them or feel them because they're so small, all you had to do was sit on a rock wall and voila. 
And they itch like crazy like you want to scratch your skin off.
If no pustule forms in the center, it could be flea bites from either sand fleas or even someone could have had a pet at the hotel you were at before you arrived. Though fleas gravitate to animals because they run at a higher temperature than humans, so when fleas bite humans it is where we are the hottest, around ankles and feet (warm from socks/shoes) back of the knee etc.
Both fleas and bugs bite in a pattern.
It is possible they are bed bugs, but likely that you'll never run into them.again after this. And it is possible they only gravitated to you, just make sure whatever items you had with you at the hotel have been looked through and shaken outside as you don't want to bring one of those guys home! 
If you ever go back to that hotel again, lift the bes sheets and check for little black spotting on the furniture as that would be little blood poops that the bedbugs made. You can find pics on the internet. 
Careful not to scratch too much as you can open it up and get bacteria in there and end up with an infection. 
I like to use Technu poison ivy spray for anything itchy including bug bites. it literally works for everything, pretty amazing stuff.
