Help?

I just started my period. SO, I would LOVE to know what can help with ovulation and implantation?

I have PCOS (insulin resistance too) and, I'm on metformin and letrozole (2.5mg), I also had ovarian drilling done back in may! My man and I have been trying for a while! So any tips, tricks, etc. Are greatly appreciated!!! Nothing too expensive though, I'm tired of spending so much money and being disappointed each month! Thank you!!
