I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins as we have been ttc for 7 months now, but not successful so far. I’ve tried 3 different kinds of prenatal vitamins and I’m finding that my acne is getting worse and is always on my face!! I’m 39 and didn’t have an issue before, so I stopped taking them. It’s been 2 days and I’m finding a slight difference with the acne, but I am also having af right now, so a flare up of acne is expected. The prenatal vitamins make it worse, so as of right now, the acne is not getting worse which makes the prenatal vitamins the culprits! Anyone have suggestions for prenatal vitamins that help ease the acne break outs? I would love to continue taking a prenatal as we are ttc. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I haven’t seen a doctor yet regarding no success after 7 months ttc, but prenatal vitamins would also be a topic for me to being up. Thank you!
