Terrible news from doctor... probably have endo... any tips or tricks?

A❤️C

Well I just got off the phone with the doctor and it was very terrible news😔 my ovaries are that of a 37 year old (I am 28). My tubes are damaged and have adhesions on them. She believes I probably have endometriosis that is causing this. And she said it must be progressing fast for me to have had a baby so easily not that long ago (My first is 3 and we got pregnant first try). If My husbands test doesn't come back normal the second time, then our only option would be IVF. If his previous test was wrong and he's actually normal(which we are optimistic about because we gave them the sample pretty late) then she believes I will need to do a procedure called IUI in combination with pills and injections to be able to get pregnant.

I am really going through it today. I can't believe this is my life after getting pregnant so easy with my first. We probably won't be able to start IUI next cycle. Any tips or tricks that helped you guys get pregnant naturally before moving on to procedures? ❤️❤️❤️
