Has anyone here had Lyme/Covid and had it affect their period?

I went to the Dr for an oval rash on my shoulder, and according to them it "wasn't consistent" with a tick bite, it has no center and the edges are raised, they said it was fungal like ringworm but much larger than normal. So they said testing for Lyme wasn't necessary, especially since I haven't been in areas ticks frequent. I looked at the list of symptoms for it, but it's hard to say which are normal for me and which might be possible Lyme.

Today I just had violent cramps out of nowhere that almost made me pass out, I couldn't even make it to my car after work. A few hours later and I still feel like shit. My period is due today, but it hasn't actually started yet. Just headachey and lightheaded. Cramps are gone. Just feel really stressed out.

Idk if I had covid a few months ago, I kept testing negative, but I was sick for 3 weeks with a fever. So idk if that could've affected things.
