Morning sickness

Ok, I'm not vomiting but have a constant nauseous feeling from when I get up to when I go to bed. 
I have tried ginger nut biscuits which only help a little bit and only for a short time, the same with ready salted crisps. I can't stand the smell of peppermint tea as it makes me feel worse and really don't like ginger tea.
Does anybody know of anything else I can try? I read that antihistamines could work as an antiemetic have they worked for anybody? 
I'm only 7 weeks with second baby and I felt exactly the same throughout most of my first pregnancy. The difference is I was at uni then so I had a distraction, so I didn't notice his feeling as much. Now Im a stay at home mum, I don't drive and live in the countryside. My daughter will go back to school in a couple of weeks so there'll be even less of a distraction.
Any ideas to try would be great.
