Contractions or poop cramps?

I have been having awful lower belly cramps all day. Every time I sit down on the toilet I do poop a little. This is my first baby I’m 33 and 6. Anyone else experience this or am I going nuts.

Every time I have to poop for the last 3 weeks I get bad cramps. They go away after but it’s either only a little or diarrhea,.. it’s awful.

If it doesn’t go away after you use the bathroom I would mention it to your dr. If it’s poop cramps it should go away after .

Probably poop cramps. I get constipated with pregnancy in third trimester and have to take stool softeners. Poop pain comes and go randomly and can be very sharp pains. Contractions will be more full stomach and consistent, and you’ll feel your whole stomach tighten and be hard to the touch
