Is it normal for your skin to burn alil with face washer?

I started using La roche posay wash and it started to feel alil burn on my face and the skin under my nose is peeling a little bit. Is this normal?

That's chemical burn reaction. Stop using it. That's not normal.

If you’re using effaclar that’s a fairly normal reaction due to the acids in it(for acne) 
But their other cleansers shouldn’t irritate the skin

Maybe you are using it too often?

That's only normal if the cleanser has exfoliating acids and you're either not used to it yet or using it too often. Otherwise like another commenter said you're allergic to it and should discontinue using it
