Late ovulation

I’m on cd21 and bbt shows I still haven’t ovulated. Anyone in a similar boat and conceived? I’m trying for #2 and it’s been a few months now. I’m guessing late ovulation has been a source of our issues. I am bbt for the first month. I had a near positive opk on cd18 but nothing since
