For those that have ovulation pain - about how long after you notice it do you ovulate?

I know it's probably not possible to tell but maybe someone has had an ultrasound to show it just good guesses?

I didn’t confirm ovulation just Lh surge. I however  have very regular cycles and no medical issues and no reason to believe I am not ovulating when I see my surge. 
But last month I have ovulation pain the day I got my positive OPK. This month it started two days before. So I guess it changes for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

I get ovulation cramping day of ovulation, I confirm it with BBT.

I get ovulation symptoms before durning and after. But on ovulation day it literally hurts to move or sit down or couch I’m so swollen feeling and I’m very nauseous. I confirm ovulation with bbt.
