Bleeding scare

Yesterday was terrifying!!! Me and my husband tried to have sex. It was our first time in a couple weeks since I had been on pelvic rest because of the cyst on my left ovary. We were being so gentle. But had to stop, because I noticed blood. Bright red blood!!!! Everywhere!!! All over my husband!!! Coming out of me!! I was literally shook at how much blood I was seeing. I know that spotting is normal but this scared me so bad. I called on call service and an OB spoke with me, had me make sure the bleeding had stopped right then. But told me if it continues to come in and get checked. I thought it stopped. But then it continue to trickle out a little bit. Wasn’t heavy but still concerning. Went to L&D, they did a vaginal exam & vaginal ultrasound. They could see lots of darker red blood (meaning old) but could still see little bit of bright red blood coming out of my cervix and said my cervix is definitely irritated. Ultrasound showed baby still in there, perfect as can be. Moving around and measuring 11 weeks, HR 174 🤍🙌🏽 I’m on pelvic rest and have to follow up with my dr and get another ultrasound in 1 week. They’re calling this a threatened abortion. So please keep me and baby in your prayers. I had some cramping and aching throughout the night. But I’m so blessed and just know the Lord is carrying me through this ❤️
